My love for essential oils began 10 years ago when I placed a drop in the palm of my hands and inhaled deeply. It was like the oil knew exactly what I needed. It brought a sense of calm, connection and self-love to my being, feelings I had not allowed in for a long time. I was too busy for that – running a business, raising children, caring for others.
I had never been great at self-love – loving and caring for others I get 10/10 but for myself I never made a priority.
With the oils now in my life I was able to find precious moments by setting little rituals throughout my day where self-love, self-care and health all came together and the impact of that was life-changing.
